The consultancy provides multidisciplinary engineering, design and project management services, taking projects from initial feasibility and strategic advice through to detailed design and delivery. BIM and Revit are integral to its approach, helping the team produce coordinated designs, identify clashes at an early stage and minimise issues during construction.

The Role
- Produce accurate and coordinated mechanical and electrical building services drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Develop and maintain detailed MEP models throughout the design process.
- Coordinate models with architectural, structural and wider design-team information.
- Undertake clash detection and resolve coordination issues before construction.
- Review models and drawings to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with project standards.
- Support BIM Level 2 processes and contribute to the development of internal BIM procedures.
- Work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers to translate design information into coordinated technical deliverables.
- Assist with templates, families, drawing standards and model-management procedures.
- Support and mentor less-experienced technicians where required.
- Manage your workload effectively across multiple projects and deadlines.
What You’ll Need
- At least five years’ experience using Revit within an MEP or building services environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical services coordination.
- Advanced Revit skills and good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models and resolving clashes.
- A thorough understanding of BIM standards, workflows and project deliverables.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate technical information.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
- The ability to work from the company’s Cheadle office.
